On Thursday, January 12, from Noon-1:00 PM we'll be discussing:

Room: a novel by Emma Donoghue — Five-year-old Jack has spent his life living in an eleven-by-eleven foot space his mother calls Room and while Jack uses his imagination to create wondrous fantasies to entertain himself, his mother dreads the day her son begins to question why they must remain in Room and tries to find a way to escape.

According to a Canton Township press release,

Beginning at 6:00PM on Wednesday, May 11, Canton’s website will be down for approximately four hours as Canton’s Information Technology Services Division (ITS) performs maintenance on the Township’s internet service. During this time, all Township websites, including Canton’s main website, the Canton Sports Center, Summit on the Park, Canton Leisure Services, The Village Theater at Cherry Hill, Pheasant Run Golf Club, and the Canton Economic Development websites will all be unavailable.

All online services such as Pheasant Run Golf Club tee-time booking, Village Theater ticket purchase, water bill payment, tax bill payment, and program registration for Canton Leisure Services will be disrupted. Please note Canton’s Public Safety website will not be affected during this scheduled maintenance.

Canton would like to thank all residents in advance for their patience as ITS performs these necessary upgrades to the network.

This maintenance will not affect the library website, which will remain in service during this time.
