Drills This Week

Emergency evacuation drills have been scheduled at the library this week. All patrons will be required to participate in these drills, so be prepared to quickly collect your valuables and exit the building. Safety drills are necessary to keep our staff familiar with proper procedure in the event of real emergencies. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and patience.

This Donation Won't Cost a Penny

Don't have a pint — donate it to the American Red Cross blood drive instead, when they set up shop at the library on Friday, June 8. Reservations are being accepted now: in person at the Reception Desk, by phone at 734-397-0999 ext. 1071, or by email to gladdenk@cantonpl.org. Or just walk in any time between 10:00 AM-3:45 PM. There's a critical need for blood this summer, so please stop in to donate a pint. And be sure to bring a friend. (You must be at least 17 years old and able to donate an entire pint.)
