Board of Trustees
The Canton Public Library is governed by a six-member Library Board of Trustees, made up of community members who are elected every four years on a nonpartisan ballot. The Board generally meets at 7:30PM on the third Thursday of each month. The public is invited to attend.
Trustee Information
Don Turner
was elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2008. He works in management and sales. He resides at 44022 Somerset Square, 734-812-2602.Kimberly Schulz
was appointed in August, 2009 to fill the position vacated by Jim Gillig, who retired. She is the President of Century Consulting, LLC and resides at 7761 Rutherford Court, 734-416-0373.Michael Siegrist
was elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2008. He is a student at the University of Michigan. He resides at 47837 Vista Circle Drive S, 734-658-7628.Colleen Van Auken

was first elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2000. He is a real estate investor and manager. He resides at 45126 Danbury Road, 734-844-9122.James G. Fausone
